$35/hour
We will work together to determine the services that will be valuable to you and your family. This may change day-to-day or even hour-to-hour. Common services include:
Emotional support and promotion of baby bonding
Evidence-based basic newborn care and breastfeeding/infant feeding support
Postpartum healing support
Debriefing of birth experience and medical appointments
Practical light household tasks (laundry, dishes, cleaning, organization, light meal prep, etc.)
Half-night support, to help your family in the transition from late evening to early night ($40/hour)
Overnight respite care, provided on a limited basis ($40/hour)
*Virtual support can also be provided as needed (for feeding assistance, to discuss pressing questions, etc.—billed in half-hour increments)
